Abu El Abed's Shoulder Pain

Abu El Abed (AA) had severe pain in his shoulder, so he went to the doctor for an examination. The doctor prescribed two tablets of ADVIL three times for 2 days. This did not help, so he went back to the doctor who prescribed two ASPIRIN four times a day for 2 days. This did not help either. AA went back to the doctor who asked him to bring in a urine sample the next day. AA thought the doctor was fooling him, so he went home, got a jar and filled it with his urine, some of his wife's urine, a little bit of oil from his car's motor oil and added some of his sperms and took them to doctor. The doctor checked the mixture and told AA that his wife is pregnant, his car's engine is leaking and if he does not stop masturbating he will always have this pain in his shoulder.
