Abu El Abed and AIDS (3)

One day Abu El Abed was sitting on his balcony smoking from his argileh when he heard a car honking downstairs

He figured the honking was for someone in the apartment complex so he ignored it. Beep, Beep, Beep the car honked again. This was upsetting Abu El Abed as he was enjoying his peace.

He looked down to see a lady in the car and she was still honking. He could no longer take it so he went down to talk to her. He knocked on the window and the lady rolled it down
