The Saudi government issued a Tender to launch and put a TV satellite in orbit.

Four space agencies applied. The first bidder, the "China Space Agency" were asked for a breakdown of their $100 million dollars bid. The Chinese replied that $50 millions were needed for operational costs and $50 millions for the Communist party.

The Russian Space Agency were then asked to give a breakdown of their bid of $150 million dollars. The Russian officials replied that $50 millions were needed for operations and $100 millions for insurance. The Russians pointed out that they had some technical problems recently...

NASA were then asked to give a breakdown of their $200 million dollars bid. NASA replied that $50 millions were for operational expenses and $50 millions for profit and $100 millions for taxes.

Abu Abed Space Launch, Inc. were called last and asked why they were asking for $300 millions, and why they were more expensive then the Chinese, Russians, and Americans! And how on earth they planed on fulfilling the terms of such a contract specially that there isn't a space agency in Lebanon?

Abu Abed representing the agency, replied: It is simple: $100 million dollars for the Chinese to put the satellite in orbit, $100 million dollars for you, and $100 million dollars for Abu Abed Space Launch, Inc.
